Reserve a group room online 

It’s possible to reserve a group room online (free of charge) via Affluences’ website:

The Affluences application (downloadable free of charge on iPhone or Android) also enables you to reserve on the move, for the Public Library only.

All users wishing to access a group room must obtain an access pass.

It’s possible to reserve a room for working in a group:

  • of 2 or 3 people in rooms G and H
  • of 2 to 6 people in rooms D and F
  • of 2 to 8 people in room J

Reservations are made online at this address or on the move, via the Affluences application.
They are made by timeslot:

  • for the same day or up to 7 days in advance
  • maximum 4 hours a day
  • maximum 20 hours a month.

 

 

Research library

It’s possible to reserve a room for working in a group:

  • of 2 to 14 people in room P,
  • of 2 to 8 people in room O.

Reservations are made online at this address for the Research Library

They are made by timeslot:

  • for the same day or up to 7 days in advance
  • maximum 4 hours a day
  • maximum 20 hours a month.

 

 

Carrels (individual spaces) - Research library

Carrels are individual work spaces available upon reservation at the François-Mitterrand site’s Research Library.

A simple carrel consists of a private space equipped with an electric socket.

A carrel with internet access is equipped with a computer station with access to catalogues, Gallica intra muros, internet, office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), a USB port for your flash drive and a headphone jack (bring your own headphones).

When you make a reservation via your Personal account (in French), select “carrel simple” (“simple carrel”) or “carrel informatique” (“carrel with internet access”) in the room of your choice (carrels are on offer in rooms K, S and V).
